Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Domestic US orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrive within 5–10 business days after processing...We can ship Priority mail if requested.
All crystals and minerals are carefully packed with bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, we recommend insured shipping for high-value orders. Please note that USPS Ground Advantage is automatically insured for up to $100.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Refund Policy
We want you to love your crystals! If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
To initiate a return, contact us at spookymoonrocks@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Due to the natural and one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, slight variations in color, shape, and size are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.
We do not offer refunds on final sale or discounted items.
