As a general rule, we will ship your purchase in 1-3 business days after payment is processed. All items shipped will be tracked. If there is a claim that you did not receive the items with the postal service, we can determine what the next move will be at that time. The store will not be responsible for items that are stolen from your porch.
Refunds need to be requested within 2 days of receipt of your purchased item. Once the refund has been approved and we receive the item back from you within 2 weeks, then the funds will be reimbursed.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you cancel your order and the item has not been mailed then that order will be cancelled and you will receive a refund. If the item was shipped before the the cancellation, you will receive a refund minus shipping and credit card fees once we receive the item back from you.
