### Return Policy

**Returns:**
- We offer returns on eligible items within 15 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as custom products and requests.

**Return Process:**
- To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@misty mountain mint with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Please ensure that the return shipment is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

**Refunds:**
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

**Exchanges:**
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@mistymoumtainmint.com
- If you want a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

**Return Shipping Costs:**
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received.
- If you are returning an item over $35, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

**Non-Returnable Items:**
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items.

**Late or Missing Refunds:**
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@mistymoumtainmint.com.

**Gifts:**
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
