A Tourmaline crystal specimen from this old gem mine – a nice multicolored crystal. This one is from Barra de Salinas, Minas Gerais, Brazil, and the size is 5 x 1.5 x 1.3 cm. Glassy and gemmy, with distinct color zones starting at the base with a rich purple layer, then a central layer that is faintly green, and finally at the termination, a rich apple green layer. There are some natural etching on the crystal and a couple of small dings, nothing much.
BRAZARTE, worldwide fine minerals specimens since 1998.
