While Magnetite or Albite themselves are not that uncommon,
specimens from this locality are. Clyde
Hardin actively collected in the area in the 70s & 80s. He collected this particular specimen in 1995
but the area is now and has been off-limits for awhile. This is a fantastic example of Magnetite as a
species.
