You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to my error, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product. 5. Cancellation If you need to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours after placing your order. If your order has not been shipped yet, I will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, the return policy will apply.
6. Return and Exchange Exceptions Please note that I cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

- If the rocks are damaged due to mishandling or improper care after delivery.
- If the rocks have been altered or modified in any way.
- If the rocks are custom-made or personalized, as these are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
